“Family Mart” and “Tops Daily” is one of the top convenience store in Thailand. However they faced a crisis of “Covid-19”. During the period of New Normal, Covid had affected consumer’s life, including spending from everyone. Family Mart need attention from buyer by using “premiums product” to motivate buyer.
Solution
Family Mart chose Usagyuuun as their “ambassador campaign” during this crisis because they had a vision on Piyomaru and Usagyuuun’s download number, awareness, and followers on Piyomaru and Usagyuun’s social media.
