Challenge
“Gabikapi”, offering bubble teas, was launching a new outlet in a shopping mall targeting young crowds. There were too many competitors not only in the location but also in bubble tea sector for the new outlet to compete with.
Solution
Inviting Usagyuuun as a celebrity to the store launch event. With the character’s strong presence in Generation Z due to 4.7M mobile sticker downloads, the store got more attentions and created hype in the mall and on social media.
